Some operating system require more steps to initiate an upload.

When you click the Upload Files button, a new page for uploading documents from your computer is displayed, like this:

On some computers, you may see the following challenge regarding the upload program / applet - a problem wherein Mac computers don't recognize Java applets certified by Thawte. If so, you should click "Show Certificate".

and verify as in the following screen that the applet certificate was issued by the Thawte Code Signing Certification Authority and signed by Rad Inks.

Click the checkbox for "Always trust Rad Inks (Pvt) Ltd." and then click the "Trust" button.
