The second line is called the blue Hints line.

Line 2 on the typical TimeCellar file screen contains either:

1. a hint about an action that will be performed by the link under the cursor, or
2. a set of action links (same links as the buttons at the bottom of the screen).

The above graphic shows the same action choices (links) that would be at the bottom of the screen for this user in this part of the Safe. They are at the right hand end of the line, under the menu choices in the top line.

When the cursor moves over the tab"Recent Vacation" the links at the right disappear, andthe hint, as shown in the following graphic, is "Select Folder Recent_Vacation." Clicking will open that tab.
